Old Business
- Budget - It was decided to take a look at our budget status and projections next month.
- Tabled from the last meeting: Should we now seek a volunteer to lead our pursuit of a UUA Green Sanctuary accreditation? Becoming an accredited green sanctuary is a multi-year process that is divided into a five-stages process. The first step after deciding to seek accreditation is to designate a leader who will then form a team.

The Fellowship is beginning the planning process for and designation of our two delegates. Much of the GA is now available for online streaming and participation. However, it was pointed out that in-person participation is an experience that cannot be experienced online. Budgeting for assisting delegate travel will be discussed next month.
- The need for setting up a service rotation for cleaning, trash/recycle, grass, etc was recognized. Mary will take the lead on organizing this needed work roster.
- Jackie asked that we consider live streaming our services for homebound members. She asked "Would that be a private channel?" Emily and Hunter suggested that we explore podcasting our service. There was general agreement that we pursue this.
- It was moved to budget $200 for the publications committee. The motion was approved.
