Fellowship BYLAWS require an annual April business meeting for the purpose of election of officers and other matters. The agenda for the meeting is set by the Executive Committee. The Fellowship Nominating Committee compiles nominations and must announce all nominees and a recommended slate of officers and Nominating Committee members 14 days prior (April 12) to the Annual Business Meeting. Officers to be elected are President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The chairman of the Nominating Committee and two committee members are also elected. Our Articles of Incorporation further require us to annually elect a Fellowship Historian at this meeting. Nominations will be accepted from the floor for all positions. All candidates must have read and agreed to the job description of the office in Article V of the bylaws. Current officers will provide guidance and mentoring to their incoming replacements.
