Tuesday, January 5, 2021

I. Call to order

a)   Hunter Miller called to order the executive committee meeting of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Lafayette at 6:05 pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 via Zoom.

II. Roll call

a)   The following persons were present: Emily Carline, Scott Ferguosn, Chris Menard, Hunter Miller, Mary Guirard, Judi Hamilton, Kiera Frey, Bruce Snow.

f)   Hunter Miller moved to approve this Treasurer’s report, seconded by Emily Carline. The motion carried.

a)   Radical Unschooling Co-Op wants to rent our building (referral from Jackie).

i)       Their lease was cancelled due to damage from hurricanes

ii)      Lessie Melancon is owner

iii)    Hunter will follow up and see what their group size is and whether our building would be a good fit for them.

b)   Comments and critique on Service processes

i)       Use the same opening/closing on the slideshow for the whole month (match the theme of the month)

ii)      Everyone needs to be on Slack so we can communicate changes easily and get service information easily

c)   Pledge drive for 2021

i)       Scott and Hunter will begin announcing at services over the next month

ii)      Visit uulala.org and below the donate button, click on 2021 pledge form

d)   Website password change

i)       The password for the uulala.org roster has changed to bingo

e)   Member Directory

i)      Send a survey and have a meeting

VI. Adjournment

a)   Hunter Miller adjourned the meeting at 6:54 pm.
